Hamad International Airport
GS carried out various jobs for Linc Facility Management at Hamad International Airport. Some of these jobs are listed below:
- Supply of 300mm dia Stub Flange and Valves
- Supply of impeller shaft and mechanical seals for potable Water Booster Pumps
- Overhauling, Testing & Commissioning of Chilled Water Booster Pumps
MEP Works
West Bay & Pearl Qatar
GS successfully installed and commissioned the Control Panels for various Potable Water Filtration Systems at West Bay and in Pearl Qatar.
- Installation and Commissioning of Potable Water Filtration System Control Panel at Woqod Tower in West Bay
- Installation and Commissioning of Potable Water Filtration System Control Panel at Madina Centrale Pearl Qatar
- Installation and Commissioning of Potable Water Filtration System Control Panel at Abraj Bay Peal Qatar
Facilities Management
MOEHE Schools
Situated across Qatar, GS Facilities Management is responsible for 20 operational schools for both boys and girls. GS is working as a subcontractor to Elegancia Facilities Management. Covering 20 individual sites varying in age and complexity, the GS FM team is responsible for the PM and CM of HVAC system. The team is managing all PPM and receives over 5 new WOs daily.
Despite many challenges, the GS FM team has delivered on all requirements.
- Preventative Maintenance of HVAC Package Units
- Corrective Maintenance of HVAC Package Units
- Attending the Emergency Calls for Maintenance as and when required
